Finally! I got to post! The last month has been mayhem, but here we go with a simple but wonderful mani. I swung by and picked up a couple swatches from the China Glaze Avant Garden Spring 2013 collection. This is by far one of my favorite greens - ever. This is Budding Romance, a leaf green that is opaque within two coats. It's just a tad watery, but it's workable and spreads extremely well! This is the two coats, but topped with Essie's Matte About You.
Very simple, but effective.
And one more, just the hand.
Question: does Essie Matte About You typically dry ridiculously slow? I experienced denting 9 hours after application. It ended up denting the next day as well. I was really disappointed because the mani was basically ruined, and it wasn't through anything high-maintenance. This green is beautiful, with or without the Matte. Enjoy!

I need to get a different matte or apply it differently. This dried incredibly slow :(
